Troubleshooter HVAC & Refrigeration began in 1989 when Johnny Faust amicably parted ways with his employer to build his own legacy. He had earned the nickname and reputation of "Troubleshooter" by being the man to call when no one else could fix the problem. What started at a kitchen table has now grown to include a satisfied customer base consisting of thousands of residential clients, dozens of chain restaurants, school districts, and military installations.

Johnny's commitment to quality service and expertly trained staff continues to this day. Everyone that works at Troubleshooter is held to the highest technical standard, with a focus on the customer's needs ahead our own. While they may sound cliché, it's the reason we've operated for over 30 years with little to no advertising. Our reputation says everything.
